Lucky Games VIP Club — Exclusive Perks for Our Most Valued Members

What does it actually mean to be a lucky games VIP?

The difference between a standard membership and a VIP membership at lucky games goes far beyond a badge. Being a VIP means you're on a priority list — your payments are processed first, support responds to you faster, and bonus offers are customized specifically for you.

A common complaint among online gamers in Bangladesh is the hassle of withdrawing funds after a big win. Lucky Games VIP members don't have that problem — their withdrawal requests are processed three times faster than regular players. Diamond VIP members enjoy unlimited withdrawals — no matter how much you win, you can cash it all out at once.

How are VIP tiers determined?

VIP tiers at lucky games are determined by your total monthly bet amount — it doesn't matter which games you play, only how much you wager in total. At the start of each month, your previous month's bets are calculated and your tier is assigned accordingly. To reach Bronze, you only need to bet ৳10,000 in a month — an easy target for any regular player.

Cashback — The Biggest VIP Perk

Lucky Games' VIP cashback system is the most generous in Bangladesh's online gaming market. Every Monday, cashback on your previous week's net losses is credited directly to your account. A Bronze member with ৳10,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳300 cashback. A Diamond member with the same loss receives ৳1,800 — six times more. There are no wagering requirements on this cashback; you can withdraw it straight away.

Diamond VIP — The Most Exclusive Membership at lucky games

The lucky games Diamond VIP program is strictly invitation-based. You cannot apply on your own — the lucky games team personally reaches out to its most valued and loyal members. This tier is reserved for players who have been with lucky games long-term and have demonstrated genuine dedication to the platform.

Diamond VIP members are assigned a dedicated personal host available 24/7, all seven days of the week. Whether it's a payment issue, a gaming question, or a special request, your host is always your first point of contact. In the Bangladesh context, this is a significant advantage — you can get issues resolved by speaking in Bangla.

Can my VIP tier go down?

Yes, your VIP tier at Lucky Games is based on your monthly betting activity. If you don't meet the required bet amount in a given month, your tier may drop by one level the following month. That said, there is a safety net — once you reach Gold or above, you get a 3-month grace period. If you meet the required bet amount again within that time, your tier stays intact.

Special Holiday Offers for lucky games VIPs

During Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha, lucky games VIP members receive special festive bonuses. Members at Gold tier and above get an extra 50% on top of their cashback the day before Eid. Pohela Boishakh is a double points day for all VIP members. And throughout Ramadan, special free bets are given out at Iftar time — it's become a lucky games tradition.

VIP Tables at Live Casino

Platinum and Diamond VIP members at lucky games get access to exclusive VIP Live Casino tables. These tables carry significantly higher bet limits — up to ৳10,00,000 per round. With fewer players at the table, the experience is more refined and gameplay runs smoother. For high rollers in Bangladesh, this is a major draw.
